AJ’s prior role at IBM focused on driving transformation and modernization within a 30-year old portfolio of products, infusing AI and IoT into legacy solutions to help optimize customer’s operations. AJ was responsible for launching several complex AI solutions; one was completed within 90-days from ideation, design, development, then closing the first deal within 15 days from launch. This was the fastest new product ever launched in IBM history, receiving special recognition from the IBM CEO and CFO in 1Q20 earnings.
Before IBM, AJ led Sales and Business Development in North America for BYD, a world leader in the electric vehicle space, based in Shenzhen, China. AJ drove significant business for their new medium/heavy-duty electric trucks.

Prior to his business studies, AJ studied biomedical engineering and systems engineering with a focus in pre-med while conducting research in oncology and stem cell biology at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine.

Keith’s technology career began in the United States Marine Corps, transitioning to the private sector, as both a consultant and employee, where he managed projects and led teams in several Fortune 100 companies to deliver Telecomm and e-commerce solutions utilized by millions of customers. Prior to joining Imageware, while at Qualcomm, Keith held key leadership positions in the Qualcomm Internet Services (QIS) division, where he led a multi-continental engineering team responsible for deployment, integration, and customer support of value-added services used by billions of devices in mobile service provider networks worldwide. Keith holds a BS in Information Technology.

Dan Dlab is a biometrics and identity management subject matter expert, mathematician, and unrelenting problem solver. He has over 30 years of experience in developing desktop applications for biometrics, credentialing, image capture, and computer graphics.
Dan began programming professionally at the age of 15 and quickly rose to the role of Senior Software Engineer at G&A Imaging, Ltd. where he led the development of the EPI Suite SDK. When Imageware purchased G&A Imaging, Dan became a key Technical Lead building Imageware’s multimodal score-level biometric fusion capabilities that are now a prominent differentiator in all products. Dan also led the development of Imageware’s Open Biometrics Initiative and led the engineering team responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying Imageware’s law enforcement platform.
Dan is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He holds 2 patents on Multimodal Biometric Analysis and is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Czech.

Advisory Board

Neil Boehm currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Gentex Corporation (Nasdaq: GNTX), a high technology electronics company that develops and manufactures custom electronics products for the automotive, aerospace and commercial fire protection industries. Gentex is a biometrics leader in the connected car space. Boehm is responsible for the research and product development of Gentex’s current and future technologies and has been heavily involved in the development of many of its core products. Prior to his current role, Boehm served as Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering for Gentex’s Global operations. Before joining Gentex over 20 years ago, Boehm spent more than seven years at Johnson Controls, where he was active in the development of various automotive products and gained extensive experience with international customers, including an expatriate assignment in Japan.
Boehm graduated summa cum laude from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He also serves on the Board for Lakeshore Advantage, a non-profit economic development organization.

Bill Casey is an accomplished Law Enforcement Executive. Currently, Bill is the Vice President of the 22nd Century Technologies Public Safety and Biometrics Division. He specializes in technology for use by law enforcement. Recently he has held positions as a Vice President in charge of Strategic Opportunities for ANDE a rapid DNA company and Director of Physical and IT Security for the Harvard University Police Department. Most notably he worked at the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS) where he served as the Program Manager for the Biometrics Center of Excellence. The BCOE had a mission to further the use of biometrics in government and public safety. While with the FBI, he also served on a detailed assignment as the Chief of Staff and senior law enforcement advisor to the first General Manager of FirstNet. FirstNet was created by the Federal Government to provide a Broadband Network for First Responders which was a recommendation of the 9-11 Commission.
Bill began his law enforcement career as an officer for the Boston Police Department (BPD) in 1983; he subsequently rose through the ranks of the Boston Police and retired as a Deputy Superintendent. He was a member of the Command Staff for approximately twenty years including the time frame of September 11, 2001. During most of his time on the Command Staff, he was the Commanding Officer of the Information Technology Division (ITD) which included the city of Boston’s 9-1-1 Center. As head of ITD, he was responsible for the procurement, maintenance, and operation of the Department’s IT and Telecommunications Units. During his tenure, the city gained international renown as an innovator in utilizing IT in law enforcement. The BPD spearheaded initiatives to introduce mobile computing to the fleet; deployed one of the first integrated Identification and Imaging applications; and a prototype ballistics imaging system which became the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN).
While at the BPD, Casey also served as a member of various technical committees for the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCC) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). He was also involved and served as the Chair of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Advisory Policy Board. He also Chaired the NIBIN Executive Board when it was jointly managed by the FBI and ATF. In these roles, Casey was actively engaged in public safety efforts in Washington such as obtaining spectrum for a nationwide public safety broadband network, to enhance the use of technology and biometrics in law enforcement as well as other public safety projects and initiatives.
Prior to joining the Boston Police Department, Bill was an aviation electronics technician with the U.S. Navy. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from New England School of Law. He presently serves on the Board of Trustees and Corporation for his Law School.

Srinivasan is a senior executive with deep cyber security expertise and a background in go to market strategy, product management, marketing and general management roles, as well as a strong domain expertise in cloud, identity and enterprise security. Since 1998, he has served in a series of increasingly senior roles at companies including Synopsys, IBM, and Forcepoint. Since 2015, Srinivasan has served as Vice President/General Manager of Information Risk and Protection, growing it to a $1.5 billion business at IBM. He advises several mid-sized cloud and cybersecurity companies on their GTM strategy and execution.
Srinivasan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from UT Arlington, masters in electrical engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Purdue University.

Neil Boehm currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Gentex Corporation (Nasdaq: GNTX), a high technology electronics company that develops and manufactures custom electronics products for the automotive, aerospace and commercial fire protection industries. Gentex is a biometrics leader in the connected car space. Boehm is responsible for the research and product development of Gentex’s current and future technologies and has been heavily involved in the development of many of its core products. Prior to his current role, Boehm served as Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering for Gentex’s Global operations. Before joining Gentex over 20 years ago, Boehm spent more than seven years at Johnson Controls, where he was active in the development of various automotive products and gained extensive experience with international customers, including an expatriate assignment in Japan.
Boehm graduated summa cum laude from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He also serves on the Board for Lakeshore Advantage, a non-profit economic development organization.

Bill Casey is an accomplished Law Enforcement Executive. Currently, Bill is the Vice President of the 22nd Century Technologies Public Safety and Biometrics Division. He specializes in technology for use by law enforcement. Recently he has held positions as a Vice President in charge of Strategic Opportunities for ANDE a rapid DNA company and Director of Physical and IT Security for the Harvard University Police Department. Most notably he worked at the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS) where he served as the Program Manager for the Biometrics Center of Excellence. The BCOE had a mission to further the use of biometrics in government and public safety. While with the FBI, he also served on a detailed assignment as the Chief of Staff and senior law enforcement advisor to the first General Manager of FirstNet. FirstNet was created by the Federal Government to provide a Broadband Network for First Responders which was a recommendation of the 9-11 Commission.
Bill began his law enforcement career as an officer for the Boston Police Department (BPD) in 1983; he subsequently rose through the ranks of the Boston Police and retired as a Deputy Superintendent. He was a member of the Command Staff for approximately twenty years including the time frame of September 11, 2001. During most of his time on the Command Staff, he was the Commanding Officer of the Information Technology Division (ITD) which included the city of Boston’s 9-1-1 Center. As head of ITD, he was responsible for the procurement, maintenance, and operation of the Department’s IT and Telecommunications Units. During his tenure, the city gained international renown as an innovator in utilizing IT in law enforcement. The BPD spearheaded initiatives to introduce mobile computing to the fleet; deployed one of the first integrated Identification and Imaging applications; and a prototype ballistics imaging system which became the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN).
While at the BPD, Casey also served as a member of various technical committees for the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCC) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). He was also involved and served as the Chair of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Advisory Policy Board. He also Chaired the NIBIN Executive Board when it was jointly managed by the FBI and ATF. In these roles, Casey was actively engaged in public safety efforts in Washington such as obtaining spectrum for a nationwide public safety broadband network, to enhance the use of technology and biometrics in law enforcement as well as other public safety projects and initiatives.
Prior to joining the Boston Police Department, Bill was an aviation electronics technician with the U.S. Navy. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from New England School of Law. He presently serves on the Board of Trustees and Corporation for his Law School.
